Onion Creek Ranch specializes in Gaited Horses, such as Tennessee Walkers, Missouri Fox Trotters, and Spotted Saddle Horses. The following services are available at the ranch:
- Lessons in riding and natural horsemanship
- Guided trail rides (after assessment lesson)
- Horse boarding (with premium full care)
- Purchase and sell quality Saddle Horses
- Consulting services for the purchase of good horses
- Barn-and-bale stabling and overnight lodging for traveling horsepeople and their horses
- Children's parties (at the ranch), complete with ponies
